| Project Intent Hsin-Yi Chang To activate the site with multiple uses and scales appropriate to the surrounding building context. The corner building at Jefferson and Vermont is programmed for a MOCA extension to be used by both the neighborhood and USC students. The density acheived on the site creates dynamic interaction between the many programs on the site.
Co-Use Program
Housing and cultural programming enrich the site. The large MOCA exhibition space combined with the Community Center performance hall are fully accessible to students and teachers as well as outside patrons.
