On the time scale needed to prepare this proposal it was obviously impossible to obtain firm commitments from international partners. However, there has been a very high level of interest from the community as evidenced by the co-authors of this proposal, many of whom are actively seeking stronger national commitment to the project.
As far as availability for the assessment study is concerned, all the signatories to this proposal are prepared to either participate themselves, or nominate suitably qualified colleagues to take part in the study.
