  • Description of the course:

    This course is offered at the PhD level in Economics. Contract Theory studies the design of contractual relationships. In this course, we will review the main concepts developed in the field. These include contracting under asymetric information, contracting under moral hazard, or incomplete contracts to cite a few. We will also offer a deeper analysis of some selected topics, such as collusive relationships or dynamic contracting.
