Cecilia Albin is Professor in the Department of Peace and Conflict Research at Uppsala University. She has previously held teaching and research positions at the University of Cambridge and the University of Reading, and has been a research scholar at Harvard, the Hebrew University, Stanford and IIASA (Austria). Her areas of research include conflict management, transformation and resolution (especially negotiation and mediation); justice issues; armed force; international cooperation and new security issues; the Arab-Israeli-Palestinian conflict and the Jerusalem problem.
