David
Stasavage is
a Senior Lecturer in the Department of International Relations
at the London School of Economics. He previously held positions
at Oxford University and with the OECD. David is interested in
international and comparative political economy, and his work
related to international economic negotiation focuses on the
issue of transparency. He has recently begun a research project
that will examine the costs and benefits of having debates, deliberations,
and negotiations between public officials take place in open-door
versus closed-door environments. This project is financed by
the Economic and Social Research Council (UK).
