This program is to implement an algorithm to infer the causal gene for the expression variation and the underlying regulatory pathway. The details of the methodology as well as the correct citation for this program are as follows: Zhidong Tu, Li Wang, Michelle N. Arbeitman, Ting Chen, and Fengzhu Sun. Bioinformatics 22 (2006) pp. e489-e496. This program is written in java and can be compiled using Sun JDK (later than 1.4) . Furthermore, each step of the program is well documented.
