The book was changed by the bookstore without informing the
department.  The text is now:

Goode and Annin, Differential Equations and Linear Algebra, 3rd edition.

The main differences are that Chapter 2 of the second edition has
been removed from the third edition and that a few small sections 
have been inserted in the new edition.

In the old book, we would cover (in order) Chapters 3,4,5,6,1,7,8.
In the new book, we will cover (in order) Chapters 2,3,4,5,1,6,7
