Welcome to my web space! My name is Han C. Tran. I am a Systems Analyst for the USC College of Letters, Arts & Sciences. I have 12 years of experience providing technical support to hundreds of end users in 20 College departments. I have 7 years of experience providing server services to hundreds of desktops from Hermes, the College's equivalent of ITS's BMR/SANDS system. In November 2000, I assumed responsibility for the day-to-day operation of College Computing Center (CCC) and assumed the role of System Administrator upon the resignation of the College's Manager of Research & Computing and the resignation of the College's System Administrator. I assumed roles and responsibilities necessary for the continued operation of CCC for more than 3 years, until a new College IT director was hired in March 2004.
