Last mile Initiative in Peru
The overall goal of the research activities is to assess (a) the social and economic impact of access to telecommunication services on the Peruvian rural communities reached by the LMI “micro-telcos” project (in selected municipalities of the Jauja province), and (b) the necessary sustainability and replicability conditions for the microtelco concept in other areas.
