I am a postdoc research associate at Zhou lab led by Professor Xianghong Jasmine Zhou. I am now working on integrative genomics and especially integrative analysis of microarray data. I got my Ph.D. in  Computer Science in the area of machine learning at the Genetic Algorithm Research and Application Group (GARAGe) of Michigan State University. My dissertation focuses on sustainable evolutionary computation model and automated computational synthesis. I have worked  on DNA motif discovery problem for one year as Postdoc at Kihara Bioinformatics Lab, Purdue University after graduation.
