Sea change?
Here is an interesting take on Kelo (from Instapundit): the decision is so bad that it will eventually have huge repercussions, including a "sea change" in laws and attitudes. Cited in the discussion are Dred Scott and the Bowers case re permissible private sex.Each decision (it would be interesting to see how many others) is notorious for the effects if had on changing the world -- in directions contrary to the rulings. Something to think about.
