I am a postdoctoral research associate in the
Signal and Image Processing Institute
of the
Electrical Engineering Department
at the
University of Southern California.
I joined the
Biomedical Imaging Research Lab
(director: Prof.
Richard Leahy)
at USC
after completing my Ph.D. program
(advisor: Prof.
Jeffrey Fessler)
in the
Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Department
at the
University of Michigan.
My research interests include
image reconstruction and analysis in biomedical imaging applications
including
molecular imaging---PET (positron emission tomography)/SPECT (single photon
emission computed tomography) and optical
bioluminescence and fluorescence tomography---and also neuroimaging by MEG (magnetoencephalography)/EEG(electroencephalography).
I am also interested in computational biology,
systems biology and bioinformatics.
