What is LeaderShape?

The LeaderShape Institute is an intensive six-day leadership development experience. LeaderShape is an interactive, energizing and unique experience that helps students to learn to lead with integrity.

What will you learn?

• Working in high performance teams
• Decision-making for ethical dilemmas
• Producing extraordinary results
• Dealing with change and challenges
• Clarifying personal values and standards
• Understanding and respecting others

Participants will create a “LeaderShape Project,” a well-conceived plan of action that they will implement for an organization, community, cause or issue they care about.

LeaderShape defines leadership

Leadership involves living in a state of possibility, making a commitment to a vision, developing relationships to move the vision into action, and sustaining a high level of integrity. Effective leadership takes place in the context of a supportive community and results in positive change.

LeaderShape at USC

In May of 2000 the University of Southern California brought the LeaderShape Institute to California for the first time.

USC LeaderShape delegates will learn to create collaborative partnerships that will serve the University, our surrounding community and the global environment.

The skills acquired will benefit the participants during their academic career and beyond graduation.
